You acknowledge that outputs generated by AI may not always be accurate, complete, or error-free. You are responsible for evaluating and verifying any outputs before use.

1.7 Service Availability & Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at our discretion.
We are not liable for interruptions, downtime, or data loss resulting from maintenance or unforeseen issues.

1.8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trivaly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

1.9 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trivaly, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

1.10 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription or account at any time via your account dashboard.

1.11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England.
